Residence Inn Breck is seeking a guest services associate to greet guests, register them in our system, and handle payments with accuracy. You will provide local information, promote hotel services, and assist with checkout while maintaining high service standards.
Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to upsell rooms that fit guest needs. Flexible scheduling is required.
