Job Description
This position will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while taking reservations over the phone as well as email and through our reservation system. Customer service skills as well as organizational skills are required, all applicants must also have general computer skills as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office. Hourly base pay of $21 hour, plus tip share. Full-time employees also receive an Epic Local ski pass.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails and reservations
- Check voicemails, incoming calls, customer questions and follow ups
- Input new reservations
- Enter customers contact info, delivery info, reservation info, individual stats, and equipment
- Manage daily email reservations
- Complete reservation information by phone
- Coordinate delivery schedule and van logistics
- Print and organize paperwork for reservations
- Data entry
- Filing
- Restocking and cleaning
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
