Ski Technician – Black Tie Ski Rentals (Breckenridge/Keystone/Copper Mt.)
OverviewBlack Tie Ski Rentals is hiring ski/snowboard rental technicians for the 2024/2025 season. The role involves delivering gear to guest lodging, operating on the road, and providing excellent customer service. Flexible shifts allow for skiing and riding during the season.
Responsibilities- Deliver rental equipment to guest lodging locations.
- Assist guests with gear fitting and equipment setup.
- Maintain rental equipment condition and inventory.
- Adhere to safe driving practices and company policies.
- Represent the company in a friendly and professional manner.
- Clean driving record.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Must be able to work independently on the road.
- Previous ski or snowboard equipment experience not required.
Full‑time and part‑time positions. Typical 8‑hour shift.
Schedule:
Monday‑Friday, Saturdays as needed. AM shifts 6:45 am–2:30 pm, PM shifts 2:30 pm–10:30 pm (closing time varies).
Pay range: $18.50 – $25.50 per hour. Tips are included; average wage last season was $25 / hr including tips.
