Job Description- Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities; manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet.
- Drives proactive sales conversations through outbound interactions, including calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty.
- Creates customer loyalty and expands customer share of wallet through differentiated customer experience and lobby engagement.
- Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively.
- Manages risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment and heightened scrutiny to avoid loss.
- Participates in branch daily operations, ensuring completion in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Customer Focused – Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.
- Managing Risk – Assesses and effectively manages all risks associated with business activities to ensure alignment with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $46,750.00 – $63,250.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payments based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
