Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Breckenridge Physical Therapy is looking for a full‑time physical therapist! We are a primarily orthopedic clinic with a very active patient population located in the heart of Breckenridge, CO. We are a close‑knit group looking for another community‑oriented, active PT. We are looking for someone who has aspirations of leadership, camaraderie and building their practice in a progressive style.

We are specifically looking for someone with or who aspires to learn the following:

• Strong manual skills, Grade 5 thrust and Dry Needling are preferred.
• Psychologically informed and proficient with pain neuroscience education, fear avoidance, graded exposure and motivational interviewing.
• Experience with strength & conditioning programming including periodization, return to sport progression and athletes.
• Wants autonomy and being in control of your earning opportunities.
• Two years of experience is preferred but new graduates will be considered.

• 1:1 care and 40 minute appointments
• 3 private treatment rooms and an open gym space
• Industry leading electronic medical record (EMR) with automated documentation assistant
• Compensation is a base salary with pay for performance model up to $97K depending on experience and productivity
• Paid time off and holidays
