Who

we are looking for?

We are currently looking for a Home Maintenance Inspector who has an eye for maintaining home standards for both our guests and homeowners. As an Inspector you will inspect homes after every guest check-out and prior to every homeowner arrival to ensure the home is in the best condition possible. Your day will involve traveling between properties, performing inspections, and assisting guests with any issues or questions they may have.

What

will you do?

A typical day involves visiting various properties to check for damage caused by previous guests or any maintenance issues arising through normal use of the home. You will act as the eyes and ears of the operation while assisting the guest services team with in-house guest issues that they cannot resolve themselves. Minor tasks such as changing light bulbs and tightening fixtures will be necessary, and experience in home maintenance is highly recommended.

You may occasionally be required to lift up to 30 lbs.

Work Environment
  • Full time
  • $25 - $33/hour based on experience
  • Mileage reimbursement for working mileage (not commuter miles)
  • Immediate 401k eligibility
  • Wednesday - Sunday availability required
Skill Needed
  • Basic technical skills using a smartphone and web applications.
  • Home Maintenance Skills (assessed during interview)
  • High school or equivalent degree (Required)
  • Property Management: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Driver’s License (Required)
  • Reliable vehicle (Required)

Must be located within 15 miles of our local office.
