Manage the execution of the daily event agenda as detailed in the Banquet Event Orders;
Maintain the organization, stock levels, cleanliness, and effectiveness of every banquet function space, storage area, and service station;
Lead banquets and catering services teams to host high-quality event experiences;
Conduct daily stand ups and attend mandatory trainings;
Coordinate with clients and provide event status updates and bill review
