What You'll Do:
The Front Desk Agent is a vital part of our organization. Often the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Agent must first and foremost provide excellent, friendly service to our guests. The Agent is responsible for preparing check-in packets; checking in and checking out guests; answering questions and addressing concerns; and handling transactions at the front desk.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced and often stressful environment while maintaining a friendly disposition throughout. This is an onsite position in Breckenridge, Colorado. Variable schedule including weekends, and holidays. Housing may be available on a first-come, first-served basis based on position.
Position starts at $20.00 - $22.00 per hour + DOEDuties/Responsibilities:
Prepare check-in packets and folios
Check guests in and out of the hotel
Act as primary point-of-contact for guests, answering questions and addressing concerns
Communicate with other departments such as Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, etc. to inform them of any guest needs or issues
Accurately handle transactions at Front Desk Maintain and balance cash bank Model a professional and positive work environment
What You'll Bring:1+ years front desk/customer service experience - preferred1+ years cash handling experience - preferred
Experience with Springer Miller hotel management software - preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite - preferred
Proficiency in written and spoken English - required
