We’re looking for a full‑time, entry‑level maintenance technician who is passionate about creating lasting vacation memories for our owners and guests.
New Hire Sign‑On Bonus: up to $1,000

$22 per hour.

- Basic skills in drywall, painting/staining, wall vinyl repairs, and plumbing skills including drain cleaning.
- Maintain guestroom and public space equipment: change filters, replace caulk, tile/grout, door repair (including locks and hinges).
- Inspect rooms for pest intrusion and replace cosmetic appliance components as needed; replace light bulbs and ballasts; repair closet/drapery tracks, furniture (stain, repair knicks/gouges), and remote control batteries.
- Unclog toilets and sinks; touch up paint; glue peeling wallpaper.
- Complete scheduled preventative maintenance; replace faulty plumbing components; maintain accurate functioning of all equipment and tools.
- Establish clear communication with engineering leadership.
- Maintain detailed English record‑keeping for logs and inspection sheets; assist other maintenance staff on projects as directed, providing teamwork and support.
- 0–6 months of relevant experience.
- Clear verbal and written English communication skills with leadership and guests.
- Physical ability to stand, sit, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push/pull, and lift/carry items frequently.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
