Join our team as a Senior Maintenance Technician in Breckenridge, CO!

Are you a skilled maintenance professional who enjoys variety and takes pride in quality work? We're seeking a full-time Senior Maintenance Technician to join the team at Vista Verde, a 252-unit affordable and workforce housing community in Breckenridge, CO. From preventative maintenance and repairs to supporting the day‑to‑‑day needs of the property, you'll be a key member of the team helping keep this community operating at its best!

What You'll Do
  • Complete daily maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
  • Respond promptly to routine and emergency maintenance requests when assigned.
  • Perform daily property walks to keep everything clean, safe, and looking sharp.
  • Maintain a schedule for the timely completion of apartment make‑readies, ensure all apartments scheduled for move‑ins are fully completed prior to move‑in.
  • Coordinate all move‑ins and move‑outs with the Property Manager.
  • Tackle seasonal prep such as snow removal or fall cleanup.
  • Inspect buildings and grounds to maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
What You’ll Bring
  • Minimum of three years of previous experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or related trade.
  • Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
  • Ability to participate in on‑call emergency rotation schedule.
  • Valid drivers license and ability to meet insurance requirements.
  • Strong customer service skills with a resident‑first mindset.
  • HVAC‑EPA (Type II), or EPA Universal preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
