Retail Scan Associate; Silverthorne

Overview

Scan Scape Retail Scan Associates visit a designated selection of stores each week to scan all product barcodes on displays and in aisle locations, including aisle end caps throughout the store. The data collected is analyzed and used to improve the sales performance of the product and retailer (store).

• Perform in-store data collection at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year, including holiday weeks. Store types include grocery, convenience, drug, pet, and mass merchandise stores.
• Use a downloadable app on a mobile phone to scan barcodes in numerous locations throughout each store.
• Complete Display Scanning on the entire store, which occurs every week and can take several hours to finish.
• Provide the quantity for about 45% of the products you scan when requested.
• Complete Custom Projects as requested by clients, which occur almost every week and can add 30 minutes to 2 hours of work per store week.
• Adhere to weekly deadlines and deliver accurate data to clients.
• Maintain independence in the workplace with a degree of flexibility in hours where possible.

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods and access products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet in the air, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand as needed.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be a deadline-driven self-starter.
• Must have access to reliable Wi-Fi.
• Must be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
