Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

Job Description

Iris Galerie is looking for a Manager to oversee store operations, sales, and staff development.

• Actively participate in customer service: greet customers, present the concept, shoot, edit, supervise, etc.
• Daily analysis of results: dashboards and indicators.
• Identify causes of business slowdown, revenue decline, loss and propose action plans.
• Recruit, train, integrate, evaluate staff and support their professional development. Define team objectives and support actions to achieve them.
• Ensure compliance with regulations (health, safety, procedures) and legal displays.
• Open and close the store; maintain proper store maintenance, layout, signage, cleaning and supervise merchandising.
• Monitor operating account, manage cashbook, safe and cash deposit, assist with store budget development.
• Monitor inventory status, oversee supplies, prepare and complete inventories.
• Provide excellent customer service.

• Involvement in the success of your gallery.
• Fluency in English (oral and written); additional languages strongly appreciated.
• Ability to listen and be open to improvement.
• Strong communication skills with field teams, support teams and management.
• Strong rigor and organization.
• First experience in sales and retail required.
• Independent and proactive profile.

• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: $24 per hour
