Position Summary

The Part Time Keyholder is an entry-level leadership role responsible for opening and closing the store, supporting sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and executing day-to-day store operations. This Keyholder supports the Store Manager by following customer engagement strategies and maintaining merchandising standards that support a positive customer experience.

• Brand Experience / Customer Service – Ensure excellence in customer service by upholding high retail standards and creating an in-store experience that aligns with company standards. Initiate conversations with all customers, build relationships, and recommend products aligned with customer needs through suggestive selling. Build brand loyalty by promoting the rewards program and achieving weekly loyalty sign‑up goals.
• Visual, Operation, and Safety – Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well‑stocked. Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing, freight processing, accurate transaction processing, cash handling, and point‑of‑sale integrity. Follow company policies and procedures, communicate concerns to leadership, and assign tasks to team members as directed. Report customer and employee injuries immediately. Participate in loss‑prevention audits.
• Leadership – Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of other leadership team members. Communicate employee concerns directly to the Store Manager, assist with onboarding and training new team members, and address customer concerns professionally.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Retail or customer‑facing experience preferred but not required.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts; work a flexible schedule, including at least one weekend day and rotating holidays.
• Minimum availability of 30 hours per week; additional availability is a plus.

• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and team members.
• Operate office equipment and technology (e.g., cash register, computers, phones, scanners).
• Stand and move throughout the store during shifts; walk, retrieve merchandise, and assist customers.
• Lifting and carrying – maneuver and lift 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Push and pull full racks for restocking.
• Reach, stretch, bend, stoop, and crouch to retrieve items from shelves and maintain store cleanliness.
• Occasional manual labor to assemble displays and rearrange store layout.
• Accurately read labels and assist customers with attention to detail.

Pay: $21 per hour.
