Hiring for our seasonal positions occurs on a rolling basis. Applications will be accepted until December 15th or until the positions are filled (whichever is first).

Winter seasonal 2026/2027 - Shift type:
Full‑time hours available - Minimum age: 18 years or older
- Housing availability:

- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of resort products, policies, and operations, coordinating with other departments as necessary.
- Lead daily operations of product sales, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and sales supervision.
- Assist with hiring, support, and training of product sales team members in daily operations.
- Monitor and document teammate performance and behavior to provide meaningful feedback and direction, offering recognition, correction, or escalation as needed.
- Receive and assess guest questions, comments, and complaints, providing timely resolutions.
- Monitor and maintain sales facilities, equipment, and inventory.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or ticket sales.
- Flexibility to work both indoors and outdoors with exposure to the elements.
- Fluent communication in English.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
