Execute the daily preventive maintenance schedule across guest units, public areas, and back of house;
Respond to in-unit work orders for Rental Program guests and homeowners through Breezeway;
Perform routine repairs across plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint touch-up, appliance, lighting, door hardware, lock systems, and basic HVAC;
Support pool, hot tub, snowmelt, and life safety system checks under the direction of the Maintenance Manager;
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours guest issues
