The Warehouse & Sustainability Lead will assist in coordinating the recycling and sustainability efforts for Breckenridge Ski Resort as well as receiving and organizing product for our Mountain Dining outlets. Starting Wage: $23.00/hr – $26.88/hr

Minimum Age: 18 years or older

• Complete physical and active tasks efficiently to pick, pack, and deliver goods.
• Use warehouse functions and tools (training provided).
• Lead day‑to‑day operations.
• Mentor and guide warehouse teammates.
• Assist in ongoing staff training and provide feedback.
• Work with teammates to maintain safety standards.
• Gain knowledge of retail, rental, food & beverage operations.
• Assist other departments as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 1+ years of experience.
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds and meet other high physical demands.
• Must be able to stand for 8+ hours.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• High school education or equivalent.

The expected pay range is $23.00/hr – $26.88/hr individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
