Property Management Accountant Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounting responsibilities across multiple property ledgers

• Support month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting

• Assist with tenant billing, lease abstract setup, and ongoing property accounting activities

• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and workflow enhancements

Property Management Accountant Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required

• Strong understanding of month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting

• ERP/accounting system experience
