Salary: $75,000-$90,000

The Property Management Accountant will play a key role in modernizing processes, improving workflows, and helping support the continued growth of a dynamic property management division. There is also a clear path for future advancement into leadership/Assistant Controller-level responsibilities as the company continues to scale.

• Manage full-cycle accounting responsibilities across multiple property ledgers
• Support month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting
• Assist with tenant billing, lease abstract setup, and ongoing property accounting activities
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and workflow enhancements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required
• Strong understanding of month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• ERP/accounting system experience
