Position: Data Entry Temp (HR)
Description

Position Summary:

We're seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to scan our paper files into electric files and our HR database system, Paylocity. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information with care and discretion.

Duties and Responsibilities:

This list is not comprehensive but meant to represent the most common or important duties of the position. Other duties are required and/or assigned

* Scan and convert physical files into electronic file format and designated database

* Ensure accuracy and completeness of scanned documents, paying close attention to detail

* Ability to maintain, organize and file documents into designated areas in a timely manner

* Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* Associates or Bachelor's Degree is a plus

* Ability to sit and process high-volume data entry for majority of the 8-hour shift

* Great computer/typing sills

* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

* Excellent organizational and time-management skills

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Assist in various data management and administrative tasks as needed

Language

Skills:

* Ability to read, and interpret technical procedures in English

* Ability to effectively communicate in English

Mathematical

Skills:

* Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Reasoning Ability:

* Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
