Position SummaryCustomer service representatives process orders, provide product and service information, and handle customer complaints.
Pay: Starts at $20/hr this is a 100% on-site role in Brecksville, OH.
Duties and Responsibilities- Assist customers sincerely and prioritize their needs.
- Communicate effectively with a customer-focused approach.
- Research and locate answers from webpages and resources.
- Enter sales orders into ERP system Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring accuracy.
- Manage large volumes of orders and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Double-check own and others' work to limit errors.
- Set up new customers in ERP, verify tax status, and coordinate credit and tax exemption forms.
- Provide information about products and services via email and phone.
- Handle incoming calls from buyers and direct customers appropriately.
- Verify order status and related fulfillment details.
- Handle complaints or returns with attention to detail.
- After training, troubleshoot product issues over the phone.
- Ensure timely responses and follow-up on inquiries and complaints.
- Work collaboratively with team members, coordinating workload effectively.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Proficient communication, organization, and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
- Experience with ERP system Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
- Strong phone and active listening skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer-focused attitude with patience and empathy.
- High school diploma; customer service experience; computer skills.
- Ability to interpret technical documents and communicate effectively.
