Customer Service Representative

En Garde Deer Defense is a family-owned and operated company specializing in professional deer repellent spray services to help protect yards and gardens.
We are currently hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing customer accounts, scheduling services, and supporting day-to-day operations.

$18-$22 per hour, offer depending on experience
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Reliable, flexible, and adaptable in a growing company
- Comfortable learning and using technology, including iPhone and Mac computers
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with Gorilla Desk or other CRM software
- Knowledge of landscaping gardening, or floral plant care
- Respond to customer phone calls, texts, emails, and online leads within 24 business hours
- Provide a high level of customer service and effectively communicate with clients
- Discuss En Garde Deer Defense services with potential customers
- Schedule free trial sprays and manage customer appointments
- Maintain customer accounts using Gorilla Desk CRMAssist with invoices, payments, and other administrative tasks
- Follow established procedures for managing off-season customers
- Work with management on customer service initiatives and other assigned projects
