The candidate must live or be willing to relocate near Cleveland, Ohio. This position is 100% on‑site in Brecksville, OH.

The purpose of this role will be to provide technical guidance and expertise which will result in successful technical solutions being implemented with D365 Finance and Operations projects. The role will primarily handle development needs as necessary. Responsibilities include developing, learning processes, researching, suggesting improvements, defining, testing, and maintaining developed solutions. The role requires knowledge of Dynamics AX (X++) and preferably learning T‑SQL, C#, ASP.NET,

JSON, REST APIs, and related technologies.

• Lead subject matter expert for technical configuration, enhancements, data import/export, interfaces, migrations, business analytics/reporting, and workflows for D365 Finance and Operations.
• Lead and document design sessions to translate business process requirements into technical specifications, including user stories, use cases, data flows and acceptance criteria.
• Review, analyze and solve complex technical issues within the application maintenance and support process for AX and D365 deployments.
• Develop enhancements, establish interfaces, convert and migrate data, and develop reports using Power BI.
• Analyze business requirements and develop business analytics architecture using Power BI and Azure tools.
• Present and educate users on best practices for technical issues or questions.
• Manage LCS, Dev Ops, Azure instances and deployment.
• Power BI modeling, and creation of Power BI Paginated reports (SSRS).
• Use Azure business analytics tools including Data Lake, Analytics, Data Factory, Data Warehouse, and Synapse.
• Leverage Power Automate, OData, and data entity store publication.
• Develop custom APIs including AIF and custom C# projects.
• Write and maintain SQL Server (T‑SQL) ad‑hoc reports, application queries and stored procedures.
• Work with ERP software, preferably Dynamics AX 2012/D365 Finance and Operations.
• Participate in any programming/development projects regardless of technology.

• BS/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline; professional certifications a plus. A 2‑year degree may be considered.
• 7‑10 years of education and/or experience required.
• Self‑motivated, multi‑task oriented, with ability to learn new concepts quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey technical information to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, vendors, non‑engineers, and the public.

Ability to perform calculations using discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, volume, algebra, geometry, probability, and statistics.

Ability to solve practical problems, define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions with limited standardization.
