Position SummarySupervise, train, and support all customer service representatives.
This position is 100% on-site in Brecksville, OH.
Duties and Responsibilities- Manage and train customer service reps.
- Obtain extensive knowledge of AMT’s product line and company policies.
- Oversee daily CS activities:
Phone calls, order entry, invoicing, email inbox, etc. - Troubleshoot and problem-solve with customers via phone and email.
- Gather feedback from customers regarding product and service performance.
- Handle Returned Goods Authorization and product complaints:
Reporting in the ERP system and follow-up with customers. - Perform annual performance reviews of all CS reps.
- Communicate updates and news with all necessary departments.
- Must be a team player with excellent communication skills.
- Handle daily invoicing.
- Run ERP system reports and collaborate with the finance department for credits and new account setup.
- Maintain and update accounts in the ERP system.
- Other duties as assigned.
Supervise, train, and support all customer service representatives.
RequirementsMinimum Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or higher; previous customer service experience required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite:
Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word. - Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business materials and regulations. Write reports and correspondence. Present information effectively and respond to questions from managers, clients, and the public.
Ability to perform mathematical calculations and apply basic algebra and geometry concepts. Solve practical problems and interpret technical instructions.
Essential Job FunctionsEffective communication, analysis, troubleshooting, and teamwork are critical. Ability to interpret written and technical materials, develop team standards, and ensure policy compliance. Physical ability to communicate verbally for hours, use computers, and work in a moderate noise environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and EquipmentKnowledge of office procedures, business communication, and software. Ability to prioritize and work independently. Use of telephones, computers, and office equipment.
Additional RequirementsPassing a drug, alcohol, and background check may be required.
