Senior Project Manager (Retail IT Infrastructure & Acquisitions)

Duration: 2-year Contract

Compensation: $65/hr (W2) | $85/hr (1099)

The Opportunity

We are seeking three Senior Project Managers to lead a large-scale integration initiative for a major retail leader currently undergoing significant growth through acquisitions. This role is critical in harmonizing the technical landscape of five core brands as they are brought onto the parent company’s enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Post-Acquisition Integration:
  Lead the complex technical integration of five newly acquired brands.
• Systems Migration:
  Oversee the transition of data and operations into SAP, Oracle, and XStore (POS) systems.
• Infrastructure Management:
  Manage the transition from legacy infrastructure to existing corporate IT systems to ensure seamless business continuity.
• Strategic Alignment:
  Work across departments (Finance, Purchasing, IT) to ensure all five brands are successfully unified under the corporate technology umbrella.

Qualifications

• Industry Expertise:
  Extensive experience managing IT infrastructure projects specifically within a retail environment.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, and XStore (Point of Sale) systems.
• Educational Background:
  Degree in Economics, Purchasing, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven Track Record:
  Success in managing post-integration workflows and legacy system migrations.

Work Schedule

• Hybrid Structure: 3 days on-site in Richfield/Fairlawn for the first 3 weeks of the month.
• Remote Flexibility:
  The 4th week of every month is fully remote.
