• Supervise daily inbound logistics and receiving operations
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments
• Manage freight forwarding activities and carrier relationships
• Oversee import/export documentation, customs clearance, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate inbound shipments with warehouse and inventory teams
• Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve receiving discrepancies
• Utilize TMS and ERP systems to track shipments and manage logistics activities
• Develop and improve logistics processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations
• Prepare reports and analyze logistics performance metrics

• Previous experience in inbound logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations
• Freight forwarding experience in domestic and international logistics
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and customs clearance processes
• Experience coordinating with warehouses and distribution centers
• Proficiency with TMS and ERP systems
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and vendor management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
