Supply Chain and Operations Career Rotational Program

Location:

Brecksville, OH

Salary: $65,000‑$70,000 annually

Program Overview:
The multi‑year career rotational program offers short‑term assignments within Supply Chain and Operations, providing learning, mentorship, and cross‑functional exposure.

• Rotate within Supply Chain and Operations discipline
• On‑site roles (minimum one rotation onsite)
• Cross‑functional learning across Engineering, Sales, Production, Supply Chain, Finance
• Networking across all functions
• Peer mentor / on‑the‑job coach assignment
• Project training and completion

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules.
• Prepare production plans and material requirements lists in accordance with the Master Production Schedule for products, proposals and production processes.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Material Control, Quality and other departments to achieve optimum utilization of facilities.
• Provide input to management regarding scheduling problems, material shortages, design changes and backlogs.
• Release and maintain all appropriate paperwork.

• Independent thinker, detail oriented.
• Eager to learn and apply new skills.
• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is an asset.
• Ability to maintain a safe work environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with customers, suppliers and employees/managers at all levels.
• Ability to multi‑task and work in fast‑paced environments.
