Hyson is seeking a Supervisor, Gas Strut Machining to lead the Swiss lathe and precision component area. The role balances hands-on production work with people leadership, scheduling, and continuous improvement in a growing manufacturing environment.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will own daily output, ensure quality, and drive throughput while developing the skills of a small team of machinists and setup technicians. This is an on-site, hands-on leadership position.
