We’re looking for a Sales Manager Food services Netherlands & Belgium (BENE) to join our commercial team and take a leading role in driving growth and partnership excellence across key regional and national customers.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Market insights:
Analyze performance, trends, and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement. - Lead growth:
Drive sales and profitability within a portfolio of high-value customers, developing long-term strategies that align with Lamb Weston’s business objectives. - Management of 2 National Account Managers and 1 International Account Manager.
- Strategic partnerships:
Build and nurture senior-level relationships with customers, acting as a consultative partner who identifies opportunities and delivers innovative, tailored solutions. - Commercial leadership:
Lead negotiations, manage contracts and pricing, oversee forecasts, and ensure commercial discipline and accuracy. - Cross-functional collaboration:
Partner with marketing, category, and supply chain teams to ensure flawless execution of promotions, product launches, and joint business plans. - Mentorship & influence:
Support and coach account managers and coordinators, contributing to the team’s development and commercial excellence. - Brand representation:
Represent Lamb Weston at key industry events, customer meetings, and trade shows – acting as a true ambassador of our brand and values.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, within FMCG or food.
- Proven success in managing complex customer relationships and delivering sustained commercial results.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth plans.
- High energy, resilience, and a collaborative, results-oriented attitude.
- Fluency in English and the local language (written and spoken).
- Experience in managing a team.
- A senior commercial role with visibility and impact in a global organization.
