We’re looking for a Sales Manager Food services Netherlands & Belgium (BENE) to join our commercial team and take a leading role in driving growth and partnership excellence across key regional and national customers.

What

You’ll Do
  • Market insights:
    Analyze performance, trends, and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
  • Lead growth:
    Drive sales and profitability within a portfolio of high-value customers, developing long-term strategies that align with Lamb Weston’s business objectives.
  • Management of 2 National Account Managers and 1 International Account Manager.
  • Strategic partnerships:
    Build and nurture senior-level relationships with customers, acting as a consultative partner who identifies opportunities and delivers innovative, tailored solutions.
  • Commercial leadership:
    Lead negotiations, manage contracts and pricing, oversee forecasts, and ensure commercial discipline and accuracy.
  • Cross-functional collaboration:

    Partner with marketing, category, and supply chain teams to ensure flawless execution of promotions, product launches, and joint business plans.
  • Mentorship & influence:
    Support and coach account managers and coordinators, contributing to the team’s development and commercial excellence.
  • Brand representation:
    Represent Lamb Weston at key industry events, customer meetings, and trade shows – acting as a true ambassador of our brand and values.
What You Bring
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, within FMCG or food.
  • Proven success in managing complex customer relationships and delivering sustained commercial results.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth plans.
  • High energy, resilience, and a collaborative, results-oriented attitude.
  • Fluency in English and the local language (written and spoken).
  • Experience in managing a team.
