Een toonaangevend advies- en ingenieursbureau zoekt een Talent Acquisition Specialist in Nederland. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aantrekken van technisch talent en adviseer je over wervingsstrategieën. Je zorgt voor een sterke candidate experience en werkt nauw samen met hiring managers. Daarnaast ben je betrokken bij employer branding en schrijf je aansprekende vacature teksten. Je hebt minimaal 4 jaar ervaring in Talent Acquisition en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
