AXS Logistiek zoekt een Crewing Officer (Crew Planner & HR) om haven- en logistieke professionals te werven, selecteren en detacheren. Je zorgt voor een constante instroom van maritieme medewerkers, van ZZP'ers tot loondienst, en beheert internationale werving.
Je werkt hybride en krijgt verantwoordelijkheid om processen vorm te geven, training te plannen, contracten op te stellen en arbeidsvoorwaarden te bewaken. Een HRM-achtergrond en ervaring in de binnenvaart of uitzendwerk zijn gewenst.
