• Lead, mentor and develop your team, enabling them to perform at their best and grow professionally.
• Coach and support your team in applying analytical problem‑solving methodologies to identify and structurally resolve root causes of equipment breakdowns and performance losses, driving sustainable improvements in production equipment performance.
• Plan and schedule maintenance resources to ensure optimal support for production operations.
• Drive equipment improvements to enhance availability, reliability and performance.
• Manage and prioritize maintenance workload and collaborate closely with planning and scheduling teams.
• Coordinate major maintenance activities with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure safe and effective execution.
• Co‑manage the maintenance budget and strategy together with the other Manager Maintenance and the Senior Manager Maintenance.
• Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality) and external service providers.

• Bachelor’s degree in (Maintenance) Engineering or equivalent level obtained through experience.
• 7 – 10 years experience as a people manager in an industrial maintenance environment.
• Proven experience setting and executing maintenance strategies for high value equipment.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid technical understanding of industrial equipment and maintenance processes.
• Experience working in a highly regulated environment (e.g., GMP).
• Analytical mindset and familiarity with Maintenance Management Systems such as Maximo.
