Bij BPO Services krijg je als contractmanager direct eindverantwoordelijkheid voor strategische klantcontracten in een dynamische e-commerce en logistieke omgeving. Je bent betrokken bij het management en de directie om winstgevendheid te maximaliseren.
Je coacht en stuurt operationele teams aan, bewaakt SLA's en zoekt actief commerciële kansen binnen bestaande contracten. Het salaris ligt tussen €5.000 en €7.500 bruto per maand, met een jaarcontract en reiskostenvergoeding.
