Actief Werkt! zoekt een Teamleider Crossdock in Breda die dagelijks een team van ongeveer 12 crossdockmedewerkers en 4 meewerkend voormannen aanstuurt. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor veiligheid, kwaliteit, planning en voortgang van de logistieke operatie.
Je coacht en ontwikkelt medewerkers, regelt verzuim en functioneringsgesprekken en zorgt ervoor dat zendingen tijdig verwerkt worden. Structuur brengen en duidelijke verwachtingen staan centraal in deze rol.
