Your North Star

As the Product Marketing Specialist, you will develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies that drive product awareness, user adoption, and commercial growth. This role requires a strong foundation in messaging, competitive positioning, content creation, and lifecycle marketing. Working cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams, you will craft impactful campaigns that fuel demand generation and revenue expansion. Your ability to think commercially, build scalable growth loops, and analyse performance metrics will be key to your success.

A Day in the Life of a Product Marketing Specialist Product Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies designed to deliver commercial impact across the customer lifecycle.
  • Integrate scalable growth loops into campaign architecture—e.g. SEO flywheels, referral loops, customer advocacy engines.
  • Align initiatives with sales, product, and customer success objectives to maximize reach and relevance.
Demand Generation
  • Translate technical product features into compelling narratives tailored to target personas.
  • Equip Sales and internal teams with messaging, one‑pagers, battle cards, demo scripts, and training content.
  • Create marketing assets (web copy, video scripts, product brochures) that increase lead quality, conversion rates, and overall pipeline performance.
Adoption & Customer Expansion
  • Collaborate with Product and CS to roll out marketing campaigns around new features and plan upsell journeys.
  • Develop release content across channels (in‑app, email, blog, video) to support feature adoption and tier upgrades.
  • Build strategies that drive long‑term customer engagement and expand revenue from within the customer base.
Market Intelligence & Research
  • Conduct ongoing market research to understand customer pain points, segment‑specific trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Use insights to refine messaging and influence the product roadmap.
  • Regularly test and iterate value propositions based on feedback loops from Sales, CS, and end‑users.
SEO & Organic Growth
  • Partner with the SEO team to build a strong organic discovery engine.
  • Identify keywords to support both awareness and product‑specific landing pages.
  • Optimize all owned content for search intent and conversion.
Go‑To‑Market (GTM) & Launch Execution
  • Lead the GTM planning and execution for new product features and commercial initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, CS, Sales, and Content teams to ensure smooth and timely rollouts.
  • Ensure launches are designed to feed back into the demand > adoption > advocacy flywheel.
Metrics & Optimization
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance (traffic, lead quality, feature usage, campaign ROI).
  • Evaluate campaign impact using KPIs such as:
  • Feature Adoption Rates
  • In‑App CTR and Engagement
  • Marketing‑Driven Revenue Growth
  • Customer Feedback on Content and Messaging
  • Iterate based on results and test new approaches to improve performance.
