Overview Senior Account Manager (Sr) – Life Sciences market, Netherlands. We are expanding our footprint in the Dutch Life Sciences market and are seeking a Senior Account Manager with a strong network and proven commercial success in Pharma, Biotech, or Medical Devices to build long-term partnerships.

What you’ll be doing Identify and evaluate business opportunities with new customers
Build new and expand existing client relationships across multiple functions with key decision makers at C-suite and operational level
Collaborate with HR to manage the needs of customers and consultants
Support clients through their journey from idea to patient, identify needs, respond to inquiries and propose creative solutions in a timely manner
Manage the full sales process for opportunities from lead identification to contracting with accurate follow-up in the CRM system
Evaluate complex questions, divide them into manageable parts and guide customers through our custom made solution
Expand your network in the life sciences sector by playing an active role in different networking associations
Build an internal network within QbD (consultants, sales, HR, marketing) and lead the sales efforts
What you bring A BSc or MSc in a scientific or commercial field, with at least 5 years of sales experience, commercial flair, and common sense
Proven track record developing mid-level and senior customers in Life Sciences
Passion for the medical device/pharma/biotech world with ability to discuss at a technical level
Ability to engage clients across activities crucial to bringing a product to market: clinical, regulatory, quality systems & control, validation, and communication
Self-confident, excellent listening, patient, and focused on long-term solutions and partnerships
Ability to influence internally and externally
Comfort with different tools and systems; accurate CRM follow-up is key
Clear communication and timely reporting of concerns
