Sales Engineer Controlling

Responsibilities

Build the relationship with customers through frequent contact, service provision, and training.

Actively search for opportunities and bring the ZENiX system to market.

Contribute to commercial success with the sales team, while focusing on the ZENiX system.

Take the lead on offers and potential deals, and help them close.

Ensure smooth project execution (planning, scheduling, implementation) and anticipate big projects through coordination with internal stakeholders.

Guide customers to the appropriate products/solutions and their application, with internal support from product management and R&D.

Organize technical training for installers, study offices, and end customers.

Collect market knowledge and feed it back to Product Managers to further develop the ZENiX range.

Work closely with the internal commercial service for efficient follow‑up of client contacts and projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master degree in a technical or commercial field.

Technical affinity or affinity with the construction sector.

Strong desire to learn.

Enjoy commercial client contacts.

Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English, both spoken and written.

Effective bridge‑builder; easily contacts internal and external parties.

Enthusiastic and positive.

Highly motivated to help write the company's story with the team.
