Branch Office Administrator (BOA)
The Branch Office Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support to financial advisors and their client support teams. The BOA plays a vital role in client account management, communication, and ensuring a positive client experience.
Key Responsibilities- Offer exceptional client service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions; resolve inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
- Assist with account opening, transfers, and other requests directed by advisors; process account transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Perform administrative and operational tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, and supporting marketing initiatives.
- Update standard operating procedures and contribute to the execution of the branch business plan.
- Maintain strong computer literacy, learning new technologies such as Money Guide, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
