Join us as a Technical After-Sales Service Technician (H/F) on a fixed-term contract!

Attached to our OUTTREAU agency for the COTE D'OPALE sector, you participate in the proper functioning of all equipment with diligence and efficiency. You carry out curative and preventive interventions and also participate in the installation/dismantling of equipment.

Your daily missions:

Preventive interventions

- Carry out technical actions to limit the risk of breakdown.

- Carry out updates of payment and connectivity systems.

- Record all operations in IT tools.

Installations/dismantlings

- Participate in the preparation, programming, and labeling of equipment in the workshop or agency.

- Ensure installation, commissioning, and, if necessary, dismantling at the customer's.

- Ensure you have the necessary equipment and guarantee the traceability of operations.

Stock management

- Order spare parts and maintenance products while optimizing costs and volumes. Maintain an organized, identified, and adapted stock to needs.

- Carry out inventories and ensure the rotation of parts.

Customer satisfaction

- Answer customer questions, report requests and comments to the agency.

- Ensure the cleanliness of the equipment and the customer environment.

- Report any anomalies to the Leader.

- Check the proper functioning of the equipment before departure and accompany the customer in the use and maintenance.

What we expect:

- With a Bac Pro Electrotechnique or equivalent qualification, you ideally have significant "field" experience in a similar position.

- You have very good knowledge of electricity and are comfortable with programming equipment.

- You must be able to diagnose and repair a breakdown.

- You know how to manage a stock of spare parts and place orders.

- You master the basics of customer relations.

- You master the characteristics of optimal product distribution.

- You master office and computer tools.
