Verantwortlichkeiten
- Führungskraft mit Vision: Führung und Förderung der unterstellten Mitarbeitenden gemäß den Leitlinien der TÜV NORD GROUP sowie Verantwortung für ihre fachliche Betreuung und die Aus- und Weiterbildung.
- Prozessmanagement: Übernahme von produktiven Tätigkeiten im Rahmen der eigenen Qualifikationen und operative Umsetzung der strategischen Ziele im Verantwortungsbereich und Bearbeitung des Beschwerdemanagements zur Optimierung von Prozessen und Arbeitsabläufen.
- Strategischer Partner: Unterstützung der Gebietsleitung bei der Jahresplanung, Akquisition und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen sowie das Sammeln von Kundeninformationen.
- Präzise Auftragsabwicklung: Ausführung von Einzelaufträgen, die im Wesentlichen zur Tätigkeit gehören oder betrieblich erforderlich sind.
