OHB System AG in Bremen is looking for a

• Professional and disciplinary management of the Radiation & Charging engineers
• Definition and Implementation of a Technology roadmap in line with the Division strategic goals
• Professional and organizational development of the team in accordance with the company and division goals
• Set-Up and maintenance of general tools, models and templates
• Transfer of Radiation and Charging Engineering knowledge and lessons learned across projects and teams
• Provide cross-project support for general troubleshooting and implementation of harmonized solutions and processes
• Ensure timely provision of personnel with the required skills for the projects in order to successfully complete them in terms of cost, time and quality

• University degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Space Systems Engineering, or a comparable technical/scientific discipline
• Several years of professional experience in the space industry
• Comprehensive and in-depth specialist knowledge of Radiation Engineering and Space Environmen
• Very good communications skills and intercultural competencies
• Good analytical skills as well as a well organized and structured style of working
• Good decision-making and delegation capabilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on achieving results within cost
• Objectivity, empathy and the ability to accept and reflect on criticism
• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken;
  German language skills are considered an advantage
