• Experience:
  
  Several years in IT/Business (ideally FMCG) with hands‑on experience in implementing technology solutions
• Strategic Thinking:
  Business & IT strategy development
• Stakeholder Management:
  Senior‑level communication & persuasion
• Digital Mindset:
  Passion for innovation, analytics, digitalization
• Languages:
  
  German (native equivalent), English (fluent)
• Personality:
  Proactive, results‑oriented, hands‑on
