Senior Conversion Rate Optimization Manager; m​/f​/d

As part of our UX Division
, you will join our specialized CRO Team and drive experimentation, conversion optimization and customer insights across web and app platforms.
You will turn hypotheses into impactful A/B tests, translate data into clear recommendations and help product teams make smarter, data-driven decisions. With your analytical mindset and product understanding, you will uncover growth opportunities and strengthen our experimentation culture across markets.

• Lead A/B testing initiatives across web and app to identify conversion lift and growth opportunities.
• Turn hypotheses into testable concepts
  , working closely with product, design and engineering teams.
• Own and prioritize the testing backlog based on business value, impact and strategic relevance.
• Analyze test results, ensure statistical validity and translate insights into clear recommendations.
• Drive international CRO initiatives and support a strong experimentation culture across markets.

• 5+ years of experience in digital roles such as Testing Manager, Product Owner, Analyst or Conversion Specialist
  .
• Hands-on knowledge of A/B testing, analytics and CRO tools such as Optimizely, Google Analytics, Mixpanel or Hotjar.
• Strong understanding of web and app ecosystems
  , including server-side testing, statistics and experimental design.
• A structured, data-driven mindset with the ability to turn complexity into actionable experiments.
• Demonstrated understanding of how to use AI tools effectively within the A/B testing workflow
  .
• Strong communication skills in English;
  German is a plus.
