For support in the Software Asset Management team, we are looking for a student assistant to start as soon as possible. The tasks include:
- Coordinating procurement requirements with departments and key users
- Carrying out software procurement processes
- Developing and enhancing a license management solution within the team
- Communicating with vendors and end users
- Managing the digital inbox and dispatching tickets
- Documenting software assets
- Degree program in (Business) Informatics or a comparable field
- Initial experience in IT is desirable
- Ability to take initiative
- Strong quality awareness
