Haralson Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to provide patient care leadership, oversee clinical operations, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. The DON will lead nursing staff, coordinate services, and drive quality and safety in the facility.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a DON role, RN license, supervisory experience in skilled nursing, and strong customer service. A $10k sign-on bonus is offered.
