Payroll Specialist

Salary: $58,240 – $70,720 DOE
Location: Bremerton, WA (On-site)

Key Responsibilities for the Payroll Specialist:

  • Process biweekly payroll for approximately 550 employees across multiple departments.

    • Administer payroll in compliance with collective bargaining agreements and company policies.

    • Review and resolve payroll-related leave and benefits discrepancies.

    • Audit, maintain, and generate payroll reports within the UKG system.

    • Investigate and resolve payroll issues while collaborating with HR and Finance teams.

Qualifications for the Payroll Specialist:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.

    • Minimum 2 years of payroll experience, preferably in a union environment.

    • Experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) or a comparable payroll system.

    • Working knowledge of payroll regulations, labor agreements, and payroll compliance.
