Duties
You will coordinate administrative requirements relating to personnel policies, procedures, changes, etc.
You will review personnel action documents for accuracy prior to submission through automated systems.
You will conduct administrative and management surveys, studies and projects and provide advisory services on administrative issues of varied scope and impact to the organization.
You will maintain personnel records so information may be drawn for ad-hoc spot reports as required for managers.
You will coordinate, review, analyze, verify and consolidate a variety of narrative and statistical information for management in order to respond to requests and action items.
You will instruct employees and management on shipyard policy for proper check-in/out and ensures all required paperwork and necessary briefs are completed.
