As a Maritime Systems Manager, you’ll bring your analytical, strategic, tactical, and technical expertise asyou lead a team on projects for maritime systems support the DOW. You’ll research, develop, analyze, assess, andplan to complex maritime mission demands. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, andwe’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes. You’ll oversee the work we do for maritime systems both crewed and uncrewed and the solutions we deliver for the ever-growing demand to support our clients

You Have:Experience with writing high-level Department of War documentation such as concepts of operation(CONOPs)
Experience in driving performance management, accountability, and professional growth in high-demand operational environments
Experience establishing performance metrics and reporting frameworks to support executive decision-making
Experience leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, improving operational performance, maintaining regulatory compliance, developing personnel, and executing strategic growth initiatives.
Experience building high-performing teams, improving operational efficiency, and executing mission-critical operations in dynamic environments
Experience implementing process improvements that increase efficiency, standardize operations, and improve reporting accuracy across multiple commands
Ability to analyze, research, assess, and organize technical data into cohesive and clear technical reports and presentations
Ability to manage Subject Matter Experts, delivering reference-based and hands-on training to Department of War personnel for unmanned maritime systems
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Experience with unmanned maritime systems and current operational requirements
Experience directing strategic initiatives and modernization efforts that enhance mission effectiveness
Experience with long-range planning, prioritization, and aligning operational goals with senior military leadership guidance
Ability to lead organizational change initiatives while maintaining workforce engagement
Top Secret clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements foraccess to classified information;
Secret clearance is required.
