Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities- Lead multiple industrial electrical construction projects through every phase of execution
- Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, cash flow projections, and financial performance
- Direct Project Managers, field leadership, and project support staff to ensure successful project delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, owners, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Review contracts, negotiate change orders, and manage project risk throughout the construction lifecycle
- Monitor project performance to ensure schedule adherence, quality standards, profitability, and client satisfaction
- Champion a strong culture of safety and regulatory compliance across all assigned projects
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and project execution
- Provide executive leadership with accurate project reporting, forecasting, and performance updates
- Mentor and develop emerging project management professionals within the organization
- Extensive experience managing electrical construction projects is required
- Electrical contracting experience is mandatory
- Experience leading large industrial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion
- Military installation, Department of Defense, or other federal project experience is preferred but not required
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering successful project outcomes
- Experience using Microsoft Office and construction project management software
- Competitive base salary of $135,000–$185,000, commensurate with experience
