Project Manager

Key Responsibilities- Manage electrical construction projects through all phases of execution
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
- Coordinate with superintendents, field personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
- Monitor project progress and proactively address schedule, budget, and operational challenges
- Prepare and review project documentation, contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Ensure projects are completed in accordance with quality standards, contract requirements, and company expectations
- Maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance
- Foster positive relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders
- Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and support continuous process improvement
- Electrical contracting experience is required
- Previous experience managing electrical construction projects
- Military installation, Department of Defense, or other federal project experience is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience coordinating field operations, subcontractors, and project teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard construction project management software is preferred
- Commitment to delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Competitive base salary of $105,000–$155,000, based on experience
