Bremerton High School strives to be a safe, caring environment where a collaborative faculty and staff is committed to supporting the academic achievement and personal growth of each student. We strive to assist every student in connecting their current plan to their own future goals within a learning environment that engages each student and prepares them with the knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary for post high school success.

The essence of our school improvement efforts is boiled down to a focus on the moral imperative of providing the highest quality education to students in a manner that honors individual differences.

The primary purpose of this position is to lead and transform outcomes for all students by focusing on future readiness, family/community partnership, and high leverage teaching and learning practices. Our principals lead school efforts that align with the District strategic plan - implemented in the  school year - which includes high expectations, focus on continuous improvement, high support, and culturally responsive practices.
